Our global in-game chat is powered by the open-source Matrix protocol. Messages sent in the Tavern are public and unencrypted. Never share Personally Identifiable Information (PII), passwords, seed phrases, or private keys in the chat. We reserve the right to moderate or delete messages to maintain a safe environment.
If you use our Social Login feature (via Google, Apple, etc.), the authentication is handled securely by Web3Auth infrastructure via Multi-Party Computation (MPC). We never receive, store, or have access to your passwords or underlying social account data. We only receive the generated non-custodial wallet address.
To protect the platform against DDoS attacks and malicious activity, our web servers and firewalls (e.g., Cloudflare, Nginx, Fail2Ban) may temporarily log IP addresses and request metadata. These logs are used strictly for security purposes and are routinely rotated and purged.
