How Our On-Chain Referral System Works
Our referral program is built directly into the smart contract, ensuring maximum transparency and trust. Every step, from linking a referrer to earning commissions, is verifiable on the blockchain.
- 1. Get Your Unique Link: Visit your Referral Dashboard to generate your unique referral link and QR code.
- 2. Share with Friends: Share your link with friends, community members, or your audience.
- 3. First Game & Confirmation: When a new player joins Musical Chairs for the very first time using your link, an on-chain referral request is created. You, as the referrer, must then confirm this player on your Referral Dashboard. This is a one-time action per referred player.
- 4. Earn Lifetime Commissions: Once confirmed, you will automatically start earning a percentage of the platform's fees from every game your referred player plays, forever!
Earning Commission & Promo Codes
Transparent Commission Structure
A portion of the platform's commission from every game played is allocated to a Referral Pool. This pool is then distributed among the referrers of the players in that specific game.
- Max Earnings Example: If your referee is the only referred player in a full game, you receive the entire referral commission for that game.
- Shared Earnings Example: If multiple players in a game were brought in by different referrers, the commission is split proportionally among them.
- On-Chain Payouts: Your accumulated referral earnings are held in the smart contract and can be claimed directly to your wallet at any time from your Referral Dashboard, provided you meet the minimum claim threshold.
Boost Conversions with Promo Codes
As a referrer, you can also generate unique promo codes from your dashboard. These codes offer a 15% discount on the daily Arena Pass for new players.
- Benefit for Referees: New players get a direct discount, making it easier for them to join and experience the game.
- Benefit for You: Even if a player uses a promo code, the referral bonus still goes to the first referrer who brought them to the game. This incentivizes you to share codes widely!
- Contribution Points (CPS): In the near future, we plan to reward referrers who share promo codes with Contribution Points, which will be exchangeable for our upcoming $CHAIR tokens.
